1.1. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1.2. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1.3. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

2.1. Valpero provides automated website uptime monitoring, SSL certificate checks, and alert notifications when your sites experience downtime.

2.2. Services are provided according to the plan you select. The Free plan has limitations on the number of monitors and features available.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1. You agree to:

Provide accurate information when registering;
Only monitor sites you own or have explicit permission to monitor;
Not take any actions that interfere with the operation of the Service.

3.2. We agree to:

Maintain Service availability in accordance with our SLA (for paid plans);
Keep your data confidential.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will meet every requirement you have.

4.2. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, including loss of data or revenue.

4.3. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in uptime detection as results depend on factors including third-party network infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All content available through the Service, including design elements, text, graphics, software, and databases, is the exclusive property of Valpero.

6. Governing Law

6.1. These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations wherever possible.
