This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding offer from Valpero ("Provider") describing the terms under which website monitoring services are provided.
1.1. By registering on the Service or making a payment, you ("Customer") accept this Agreement in full.
1.2. Acceptance constitutes full or partial payment for the Provider's services, or registration on the Service website.
2.1. The Provider grants the Customer access to the Valpero website monitoring service according to the selected plan. The Customer agrees to pay for these services.
2.2. Plan descriptions and pricing are published at https://valpero.com/#pricing.
3.1. Service pricing is determined by the plans listed on the Provider's website.
3.2. Payment is made as 100% prepayment for the selected period (monthly or annual).
3.3. Services are considered duly rendered if no written objection is received from the Customer within 3 calendar days after the end of the paid period.
4.1. Refunds for unused periods may be issued upon Customer request, less any actual costs incurred by the Provider and payment processing fees.
4.2. The Provider may decline a refund if the Customer has violated the Terms of Service (e.g., used the service for spam or attacks).
5.1. The Provider will maintain Service availability of at least 99.0% per month.
5.2. The Customer will use the Service only for lawful purposes and will not infringe the rights of third parties.
6.1. The Provider is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party hardware or software failures.
7.1. This Agreement takes effect upon publication at https://valpero.com/offer and remains in effect until withdrawn by the Provider.
7.2. The Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time.
